Quality Assurance

   We never compromise with the quality of our products whatever be the situation. The products manufactured by us are checked right from the stage of procurement of raw materials to the final stages of production. We conduct various testing like visual testing, mould hardness, mould dimension and smooth finish testing by experienced persons. It is because of the various quality control methods that we are able to deliver flawless, graded and defect free castings to our customers.

Quality Assurance Procedure

. Raw material and all process material of specified quality are used in production after inspection and acceptance.
. All patterns received are thoroughly inspected before taking for production. Mould hardness and dimension test practice.
. Raw materials are weighted for each charge before charging in to cupola furnace. Carbon equivalent and temperature
   test is done through Ferro lab.
. Test bar is drawn for every product.
. Tools are thoroughly examined and inspected before and after the production.
. All castings are thoroughly inspected for required quality parameters before dispatch. Hardness testing is done
   by Brinell Rockwell hardener tester.

Manufacturing facility

   To manufacture a wide range of quality products, we have developed a huge manufacturing unit, which spreads across 24600 sq. feet. The manufacturing unit is installed with a wide range of latest machines and tools. With an installation capacity of 150 tons per month, we are capable of meeting bulk requirements of our clients. These machines are efficiently supervised by qualified engineers and technicians. For manufacturing quality range of products, we use high grade raw material like pig iron, cast iron, MS scrap, alloys, chemicals, silica sand and coke. Further, all our machines and tools are regularly upgraded, so that these provide smooth and uninterrupted production.

Warehousing and Packaging

   Our products are safely stored in the warehouse, which is capable to accommodate bulk of products. The warehouse is to facilitate with the adequate storage facilities like controlled temperature, free from harmful effects and prevention from harsh climatic conditions. It is maintained by the warehousing personnel who take adequate steps, so that the products are safe and secure.
